In the category setting: Allow user groups can create what is groups you selected?
It as designed. You only disable temporary in Category Setting, each group can enable it on group setting then. Also it only apply to new groups created.
Please show me your category setting.my other concern is that i disabled members from creating groups in a certain category - but they can STILL create. how can i fix it?
