In the category setting: Allow user groups can create what is groups you selected?
It as designed. You only disable temporary in Category Setting, each group can enable it on group setting then . Also it only apply to new groups created.
Please show me your category setting.my other concern is that i disabled members from creating groups in a certain category - but they can STILL create. how can i fix it?
