How do you go about upgrading? Is it as simple as dragging the updated folder and override the pre-existing files?

Yep! Upload all files then import xml

Hmm...now I see NO option at all for enable/disable group tabs in XF Admin. I see it on *Group* Admin, but it doesn't work.
