Change License URL

I've purchased the groups plugin for a forum I was running a while back. That forum has shut down, so I would like to use the license on a new forum. How can I update the URL associated with the plugin to point to the new forum?

I'm pretty sure you have to submit a request/ticket into him to do that.
I have found nowhere that allows you to change the URL association in looking around.
