Hmm. That is implement by XFRM guildline also to prevent conflict with another add-on. By the way i could give an option to provide the param name. But does it is neccessary?

need option in admin panel "allow comment on every post" even 1st post

because now, you cannot comment on 1st post,

I dont know why you asking this. Many other provider does not support comments on first post (facebook, reddit, ..)
