Request:

For Pokeballs, instead of it being a static % to the catch rate, let us make the balls have the ability to differently affect different types, using the main type.

Examples:
  • Bug Ball - +50% against Bug type Pokemon but only 5% against other types.
  • Light Ball - +50% against Electric, +5% against other types, -50% against Dark.
Right now you can have different Pokeballs, but they are all basically the same, just with different bonuses to the catch rate. There's no reason to buy more than normal or maybe master balls.

Also, what's the math behind the Display Rate? How does the system determine which Pokemon get shown?

Next up: Right now you don't need a Pokeball to catch a Pokemon. But that doesn't make any sense and makes the Normal balls kind of useless. So how's about something that stops the catching of Pokemon without a Pokeball? Then Normal Balls could be +0% (just catching them at their base rate), etc.

oh so if you get to 0 pokeballs, you can still play? Yeah that needs to be fixed if selling more poke balls to help get site donations.
