Image Optimizer Unable to install plugin

Hello,

I'm installing the plugin but I keep getting different errors. I installed the specified functions on my server. But I can't run the plugin. Could you please help me?

I installed it yesterday but it still looks like that. There is no compression. I installed all necessary plugins.
