Let's say I want to have the addon create a newsletter camapign on Wednesday, but it wouldn't be scheduled to send until Friday (giving me a couple days time to review/edit it in Sendy).
I'm not 100% sure how to configure all of these to make that happen, and would like some help.
I know to set the "" to 2 days, but what about the other settings here:
I'm not 100% sure what the "Send campaign" and "Allow newsletter item run automatically when scheduled" settings do and/or how they interact with one another (if at all).
I'm scared to mess-up the settings and have the campaign send immediately.

(oh, and a related question: If I set the cron to run Wednesday at 9 am, what's the easiest way for me to figure out what time that would be local to me? Is there something in XF that shows / says what the server time is, or similar?)
