The correct form of the sentence in Arabic is like this
"مرحبا صديقي أحمد"
But because the add-on does not support rtl, the letters are placed next to each other, as shown in the example

There is a library to deal with Arabic texts and solve many of its problems. Unfortunately, it is old, but it can help in solving the problem
