Question non-super administrators cannot access admin cp options for social groups

it appears that anyone that isn't a super administrator cannot see or have access to the options in the admin cp for the social groups plugin.

for example i (the super admin) can see all options:



but any other member of the administrator user group cannot:



despite the fact that i've configured permissions in the administrator user group.

okay, i found that check box, but you have to go back and edit your existing admins to find it. i didn't see this mentioned in the install instructions.
