Question Is it possible to link members who join a Social Group to a xenforo User Group?

Wondering if when people join if there is a way to connect them to a user group, or if it might be creating a user group somewhere?

I think he means he wants a functionality so that in a case that a user Joins to GROUP-X, then automatically be added to USERGROUP-Y.

(Its not interesting for me. Although it has interesting usages in first sight. This sort of features mostly get the sites out of Discipline)
