[IMPLEMENTED] Auto close + auto delete inactive groups?

Does it make sense to add an "Auto close (unapprove) after X days inactivity" and " Auto delete group after Y days inactivity" option in the social groups add-ons in order to help cleaning up the garbage groups?

For unapproved groups, the owners need to explicitly request for approval again in Y days otherwise the group will be deleted permanently.
