Hidden signature if post was marked as anonymous

Support anonymos information of poster in special forums.

When you choose forums. So all posts staff will be anonymous. Anyone have permission *Edit any post, Delete any post* will have permission to view anonymous. The poster still view their post as well

Fixed with delete user.
