Show daily anonymous post usage in the reply form

The "Posting as Anonymous?" checkbox now shows the member's current usage against their daily limit directly in the reply form (e.g. Today's anonymous posts: 2/5). This only appears when a daily limit is configured for the forum. Members no longer need to guess whether they can still post anonymously — the count is visible before they submit.

Anonymous Posts Log for administrators

A new page is available at Admin CP → Forums → [tl] Anonymous Posting: Posts. It provides:

• A line chart showing anonymous post volume per day, filterable by date range.
• A paginated table listing every anonymous post with a direct link to the post, the thread title, the real username of the poster, and the exact date and time the post was made.
