Question Moving all threads from a normal forum into a group forum?

Hi,

I love this social group addon, it's really great.

The way I used to do social groups on my forum was by providing groups with just a general normal forum to use.

I know you guys have the option of moving threads individually into a social group forum, but is there a way to move multiple threads at once (or move all threads from a normal forum) into a social group forum?

Thanks!

Cant you use the inline moderation function?

Hi, I'm not seeing the "Move To Group" option when using inline moderation, see here:

It's available when I go inside a thread, but obviously that's the one-at-a-time thing I was talking about.

Is it due to my theme - that there's no inline moderation function for "Move To Group" in the threadlist page?

xydrineCurrently it is not support for inline mode. Just for in thread only.

I understand; and I don't expect you to drop everything you're doing and code it right this moment because it's something I *need* either - I'm a dev too, and believe me I can't stand when people make those kinds of demands, lol.

That said, any chance you could point me in the right direction on what I could do in order to move a bunch of threads from a specific normal forum into a social group forum? I.e. a php function which if looped through could result in what I'm looking for. I figure I can probably figure it out myself after some dissecting of the code but being the devs you guys would probably save me some time doing so by at least pointing me in the right direction.

If not, no worries. Thanks!

If you code this, then please consider to make it available. Its something we will use a lot.
