Question Where to set cover's min height and width?

I wanted to test group cover in my site, but it said try and image with at least 350 px height.
From Where it is controlled?

It is hard code. I have calculate the min height to display as expected

So, may I know which dimension is best for both height and width? I mean the exact dimension that will be set without any change?
