Fixed What does this filter exactly do?

'Show all members inactive in group after special time.'

I do not know what this means. Please explain.
 
Someone join an group and never visit the group again. So that filter help you filter people not really active in group.
 
I thought I understood this function, but something is wrong. Please explain.

Example:
A group with 2200 members.
I have just put social groups back online after 9 months. So almost all members have not visited the group for 9 months.
1 member posted to a thread.
3 new members have joined this week.
So a total of 4 members were active this week.

Filter 1 month: There are no members to display.
Filter 3 months: There are no members to display.
Filter 6 months: There are no members to display.
Filter 1 year: 20 members.

Is this a bug?

Not fixed. Example:

group 122
2000 members.
Last activity: Jan 2017
Filters for 1, 3, 6 ,12 months give no results

group 443
2 members
last Activity: July 2017
Filters for 1, 3, 6 ,12 months give no results
