Website not sending confirmation emails and owner not responding

I had to make a second account because the owner of this website does not respond and the website doesn't send confirmation emails. I paid for the mailgun plugin and when I went to download the latest update I had to change my email and the email does not send to confirm and thus I cannot download anything or post anywhere. The name of the account is a4xtx45x5. Please either respond to your emails or fix your website because I've been waiting for about a week now and want to update because the earlier version of the plugin is barely sending emails which is ironic because this site doesn't send them at all to mail.com emails.

Hello The confirmation emails that were being sent by the form on the site above have abruptly stopped. The website owner does not receive a message that the form has been submitted, and the user does not receive the email verifying their responses.

Although the form hasn't changed, it has recently ceased sending. Nevertheless, users can still complete the form accurately and receive the success confirmation message.

I've attempted to copy the form and make the necessary changes, but it still doesn't work.

Oddly enough, this plugin was also used to create the contact form on the website's contact page, which is still operational.
