[IMPLEMENTED] Verification badges add on for popular users

Hey lets make an addon for the site and app that gives verification badges to selected users. The admin and moderators should be the ones to assign the user with the verification badges

Yes, this could be handy. Esp if you have a buy/sell/trade section. You can show users that verified they are legit by submitting ID or whatever. This feature was a big deal back when selling items or currency in video games was big, like Diablo II or Everquest or even WoW.
