Fixed Uploaded Images on Member wall is not responsive

How to replicate this:

1.) activate "Allow files to be uploaded in this category" in group category
2.) upload an image on member wall
3.) view it on small size browser / mobile phone
4.) image will not resize

NobitaI have used FF, IE, Chrome already and same. The image is not resizing (note this is here on your site)
