TruonglvAs you can see: User create new media albums is present on alerts but not on email.

Bug when "Enable notifications via emails?" is checked/enabled watched forum notifications will trigger an email alert also (even though they only subscribed via alert and not email).

this is additional alerts not replace with system. That mean if you watched forum and in follow you did not receive it you still receive alerts from watch forum brhavior
