Implemented Taiga Chat Integration

Yes, I think nobody wants this cool Feature as a present ;)
I understand that you deserve cash for making this great Feature.

But it would be nice that buying your Taiga Chat room Plugin is enough o_O

Now I have to upgrade to v 2.3.0 - I pray that all my custom Extensions are working :rolleyes:

Now I hope you give us the in the ACP more power to Change the Tab order of all the menu items in the Groups

ericheOh. Sure. It need to be rebuild. Currently it not friendly with third addons (Such as: Group Room Chat). I need make easy for someone want to make new tabs :)
