Implemented Taiga Chat Integration

Hello Nobita,

I think this would be an amazing Feature
After some weeks testing the Groups Plugin with a small Group of members, I noticed that the "new Generation" of Young people prefere to chat not to Post.

Whatsapp is their most love tool.

So why not integrating a real time chat for groups

It does not have to be Taiga Chat - but I am thinking that you already gained experience with your chat room Plugin.

Every group should have their own group chat room - where they can write in real time,...

I would buy this too - so no Problem for me.
Just was having this great idea for combining both things.

You could make this optionally - so who doesn`t want to buy the Rooms Plugin, can use the Groups Plugin without a Problem like now, without the Chat Integration
