Fixed Start Date and TimeZone is not working properly with RTL

Well.
I can't reproduce it on your site. Because its a problem with RTL. Even in my site, when I change the language of forum to English (LTR) it works as it must and there is no problem. But Our language is Persian (RTL), and when we want to work with it on RTL, it works as its been shown in video.

To check it live, you can login to my site with info I gave you yesterday in PC.
Then Go to the URL I give you via PC to create event in a test group.
Then try to choose time or TimeZone. You will see how wrong it works.

I have change the class to RTL on latest version. Maybe it is fixed. I will send the version for you soon.
