Fixed Some phrases are not looking as they must

Hi,

There is phrase with "Teams_event_type_explain" title containing:

Choose the event which will display for: everyone, {member_only}{admin_only}.<br />
<b>*public</b>: All visitor can view. Depend your group privacy.<br />
{member_explain}
{admin_explain}

What it shows to users is:

Choose the event which will display for: everyone, member only,admin only,.
*public: All visitor can view. Depend your group privacy.
*member: Only member can view
*admin: Only admin can view

But, some of it is not translatable:

• member only,admin only
• *member: Only member can view
• *admin: Only admin can view

These are those parts. It seems that they are hard coded. Any opinion will be appreciated.
