Site Emails Disabled?

I'm subscribed to various threads by Email (including conversations), yet I never get one? I'm sure that my Email is correct. Is it something that's been disabled or blacklisted on your end that doesn't like my Outlook.com Email from Hotmail?

I have a sneaky suspicion that it sounds like Hotmail have blacklisted the IP of your mail server

Ashley.S.Bad news. Outlook ban almost email sent out from Vietnam. I will switch to another service soon.

i think this may be xenforo issue , they won't admit it in the front but in support tickets they told be hotmail blacklists xenforo or they have had a lot of people questioning it , they gave me a list of instructions how to get off the black list but i just switched from php mail sending to smpt per host recommendations and it seems all users are getting emails again
