Question Sendy for XF 2 questions

Sorry, your sendy resource thread appears locked @truonglv so asking here.

Questions:

1. I have sendy currently licensed and installed on XF 1.5. Is there an upgrade path for the XF 2 Sendy addon or should I remove the old one, upgrade to XF 2 and install new one? I am mostly interested in preserving my existing newsletter preferences so upgrade is preferred.

2. Do I need to buy a new license for XF 2 or is there a discount and/or license upgrade for XF 1 license holders?
