Fixed Secret Groups leave a "gap" on Group index

Imagine a media is marked as moderated in xfmg. (so just admins can see it. no one else)
In this case, do other users see a gap in media list ? Absolutely not. the next visible media will fill the gap.
its just a conditional: IF USER CAN SEE THE GROUP => DISPLAY IT or IF USER CAN'T SEE THE GROUP, SET ITS DISPLAY AS NONE (DON'T MAKE ITS VISIBILTY AS HIDDEN).
I never checked the code side of social group in this case. but anyway, leaving a gap is more like a bug than a feature! imagine we have 20 groups per page. and couple of secret groups there. how that will look? more like a Chess board than a groups list.
