Fixed "Rebuild Groups" Cache updates all groups

As soon as I "rebuild groups" cache in Admin CP it displays all groups as "updated a moment ago" which is irritating because even old groups with no activity are displayed as "active" and users will wonder WHAT exactly has happened without showing any difference of the group to them...



Please change this behavior to NOT UPDATE the "last activity" indicator when the board admin rebuilds caches in ACP.

Aha. That's why this happens.

I think we need this:
More group rebuilds
This way we can rebuild the data we need. Now its all one big rebuild. Some things are missing. Other things do not work.
