NobitaAHA.. I didn't realise there was a whole dedicated usergroup perm setup for it. Thanks sweetie. Works fab

Permission were set correctly, I purchased you mod because smiley manager was failing to parse the smilies, unfortunately the same is happening with your mod, currently going through other mods and disabling them to see if there is any conflict.

Problem solved, was an issue with the text to replace on smilies, oops
