Question Please email all customers about new versions

Only a few people are posting bug reports.

When a new version is out there is no email to alert us. So I guess that most customers are still running old versions.

Please email all customers and tell them about the new version.
Tell them to post bugs here.

This will help customers to update and will help discover any bugs quicker.

I have used Godaddy free email so have a limited email per day. Around 25 emails
Any suggestion for email service?
