Not a Bug Open group 'Join request' process is not quite right

Open groups allow you to join, but show a 'Cancel request' box after you have joined.

There should be no request if the group is open, there is no request to approve you are are a member.

You should just join the group, and then the button should become a ‘Leave Group’ button if you want to leave the group.

Ahh, that was the issue.

So you can have an open group where all the content is visible to the public, but still require moderator approval on joining.
