Fixed No thread listed after thread creation

Maybe the problem is that the forums and threads were created by the site admin. The site admin is not a group member.
 
This is ridiculous, you've turned this important part of my website into a useless waste. This needs to be fixed asap.
 
I've played around with the member roles, if you give the permission of 'Display as Staff', users can make threads and reply to any thread.

@Nobita please fix this issue.
