[FIXED] Missing Media Permissions

Doesn't appear to be fixed. We've disallowed personal albums on the site, and are still receiving the same error of not being able to add any albums into groups. This is after changing the "tlg_manage_media" settings to allow for album creations:

TruonglvIts not just for creating new albums. Can't see the albums already created if you disable the Personal Album feature after making albums.
