Implemented Master Disable Photos Tab system

Due to the fact the old photos system was removed (Bad move btw) and the need for an 3rd party add-on was added to be able to use the photos system (Someone I'm not adding because i use the now official Xenforo Media).

Could a master disable of the photo's tab be added? right now you can disable it, but group admins can turn it back on and due to fact i don't have the 3rd party add-on this gives a error page when clicking it, what makes people think its broke.

So 1) add a full off control for it or 2) add back the old photos system and let users pick between the two.

Better yet add support for the now official gallery system please.
