[NOT A BUG] Login with Apple button not showing

Only login with Google is showing in the app login page. It's set up in the API and testing the provider in extended accounts connects.

Ok that worked. But the it didn’t give me an option to create a username. Just created a random user.

Mike EdgeApple requires MUST be simple step when perform login with Apple. Otherwise, they will reject.

Also users are being created using @privaterelay.appleid.com instead of actual e-mail address when creating an account via the app
