Not a Bug Latest Groups - no permission to add groups?

Hi,
since the upgrade to 2.7.8 no one can add a new groups on my forum. There's an error about lack of permissions, but I have checked the user groups, and it seems everything is set up properly (registered users have right to create groups). Any idea what may be wrong?

I found the culprit. Max number of groups allowed per usergroup was reset to 0. After raising to original values everything works.
This may be closed/removed.
