Question Is it possible to place a group on a sub-domain?

Is it possible to place a social group on a subdomain like this:
group1.site.com

Not tried yet But I have see another people make each forum have sub forum. So i think it is possible

If one day you @Nobita decided to implement this feature in future, please make it possible just as an option like "Get URL Portion" for group. So that let group owners to "Get Sob-Domain" for their groups.
Creating a sub-domain for each group automatically while creating a new group in not so nice (IMHO)

Not tested but you can do it by yourself. As I see, it is easy to do
