Duplicate Incorrect promotion message

When a user requests approval to join a group, it will say "User promoted User to Group Member" on the group wall. However, this user's membership is still pending to be approved.

If the request is approved, the promotion message will remain on the wall.
If the request is rejected, the promotion message will be deleted from the wall automatically.

Action: User requests to join a group -----> Message: "User XYZ requested to join this group"
