Hi. There are some steps to fixed that problem.
Step 1: Go to: https://domain.com/admin.php?permissions/analyze
And analyzing permissions of users have an trouble.
If the value is Unlimited so it is fine nothing to do after this step.
Step 2: If the step 1 you see value is 0.
Just go to group permission and change this value:
And go to back step 1 to check if that is work.
