As the title says it all: Have the profile covers be loaded into the profile by uploading them to an album for the member.
1) Upload Cover shows TWO options "upload picture from an album", "upload picture from computer and create an album"
2) If the privacy settings of the album do not allow specific people to see it, the cover is not shown to them, instead the default XenForo layout (without cover) is shown to profile visitors.
