Group Post Statistics does not work

My members made 2 posts to existing group threads.
The statistics display that 2 new threads were created. This is not true.
The statistics display that no new posts were created. This is not true.

Does you run the cron entry to refresh the counter? It's not update immediate.

It makes no difference.

In 2.8.1 the cron entry create wrong class. I have changed in the latest version and testing seem work fine.

Group 437 has 1 thread with 3 posts.
Group stats state 1 thread with 9 replies.

Is this the cron you mean?
