Question Forum permissions still messed up.

Hello @Nobita my permissions here are still messed up.
It's getting ridiculous now.. I wanted to comment on avatar moderation but cannot as I have insufficient privileges.

I can barely post anywhere grr.
Hope you can fix this as it's been going on since I joined last September...
