Fixed Disabled tabs still are there

when i disable a tab in group, i still can see it.

when it is disabled it shouldn't be displayed. but if it is displayed when I'm staff I should be able to see the content but it gives error)
 
This is a matter of the permission: bypass all group rules. If you set it to no, then the tabs will disappear.
