Question Cover upload option missing on mobile devices

Would there be a technical reason the option is unavailable? we're on android 7 devices, chrome etc.

I think @truonglv had it remove for mobile because you can not move the cover and reposition it on a mobile. So the results would look ugly.

With me even more. But the current functionality does not work well on touch screens. @truonglv would have to change the functionality under the hood.
