Avatar is not working properly

Hi,

Here I try multiple times to change my avatar, but although it upload my picture and shows it, but when I press OK, it removes it, and if I don't press OK, it shows but when I refresh the page it changes it to default avatar.

It is not a bug. Whenever you upload avatar. It is will wait moderator accept it. It is the function of Avatar Moderation
