Think I had a reply set up... but deleted it because I needed to check on a few things... but always check your stack trace for any other listed add-ons. If you see some in there then disable them and see if the issue is gone. If so, re-enable those add-ons one at a time and test again. Generally the misbehaving add-on will show itself.
