When I try to post something that is in the range of the 10 characters close to the 255 limit (orange) then it gives out an error: I think you need to adjust the settings in the PHP or so...

This is so important and totally needed, as my users even ignore me telling them to post in forums and not on the wall. The wall is for announcements and general chatter and the Forums shall be for in-depth discussions. Both need to exist, but I need a moderator feature/action/permission to move...

Is not related... I said the privacy change adds +1 to the category count no matter what privacy... Lets say count of a category is 1 I then change the one group privacy to "closed" The count jumps to 2 I then change it back to"open" The count jumps to 3 and so on....

Every time when I change the privacy of a group, the category widget adds one more group in the category. It only resets to the correct number when I rebuild categories in ACP...
