2.8.8 Can not Create Group Forum (No permission) but it does it anyway...

I am the Board Admin with all permissions you can have as the board admin. And I am also the Group Admin with all permission the group admin can have... but when I want to create a forum it says:

MyWebsite - Error
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

But then actually creates the Forum anyway...

No. The error is permanent. No matter what. But all forums are created. It is just very irritating.

This hasn't been fixed. The bug is now 5 months old...
