Implemented Place all group forums under a master node in the node tree

Currently all group forums are placed at a random location in the node tree.
Please place them under a 'Social Group Forums' master node.

We will have many hundreds of group forum nodes, so we need to keep it tidy.

Must have feature. And the master node must be able to be at any place in the node tree.

This is not fully implemented yet. its nice that the node tree function in xf admincp no longer has group forums. But we need more:

In Xenforo all group forums need to be under one parent node.

Currently if we need to select a forum in admincp (for example to add thread prefixes to normal xenforo forums), we need to browse through hundreds of group nodes to find the forum we need.

Example:
- Master Social Groups Node
- - Group Forum 1
- - Group Forum 2
- - Group Forum 3
-- etc

This way we have one large list of group forums together. If the master social groups node has a sort order of 10000 then it will always display at the bottom of all other nodes.
