Fixed Widget Framework Layout Editor does not work on groups page

The Widget Framework lets you add and reposition widgets on the page, by using the Layout Editor on the front end.
This doesn't work with Nobita Groups.
If I add a widget through it, then this does not display.
If I add the same widget on any other page it does display.

I can't even select any forums in the setup of WF with Groups Forum Threads...

By the way beside that the sidebar of Social Groups on the left side can not be used for adding widgets with WF. It does not show a layout placement area/option. I don't want to have a sidebar widget left and right or on top and then an empty sidebar on the left with nothing more than the category widget...

Now here is how any widget font color looks on any other page:


Here is how the category count looks in XenForo Resource Manager:

Same for any other addons with category count or font colors styling: anything by Bob, Nixfifty, Pegasus, Chris D/XenForo, Siropu, Xon. All works with Custom Style.

Nobita groups is the only addon where styling for blocks and widgets doesn't work.
